 as been updated to include both foundation and sen
 ior levels to ensure a greater capacity to deliver
  high-quality playwork practice.</p>\n \n <p>The c
 ourse is based on Play Wales internationally recog
 nised playwork training and provides a sound knowl
 edge base of\; the playwork principles\, using a p
 laywork approach\, loose parts theory\, the play c
 ycle\, playwork intervention\, dynamic risk benefi
 t assessment and the United Nations Convention on 
 the rights of the Child.  The course also explores
  wider and deeper themes around childhood developm
 ent\, strategic risk management\, reflective pract
 ice\, advocacy and practical playwork skills.</p>\
 n \n <p>This is delivered in a 2 day face to face 
 workshop\, supported by a series of 6 online sessi
 ons plus a series of self paced activities and a f
 inal assessment.</p>\n \n <p>This training has bee
 n refined into a single programee of learning taki
 ng 4-6 months to complete\, following extensive pi
 loting of this approach in 2024/25.</p>\n \n <p>Se
