On behalf of the Board, Joanne, Peter and I, thank you for your support and advocacy for play in 2023. We have a diverse. skilled and committed membership and you are an important part of that! 

In 2024 we will be celebrating 110 years of advocacy and commitment to play. We look forward to celebrating with you. 2024 is going to be an exciting year for play and we look forward to making some announcements of new member benefits and initiatives.

We acknowledge that for some, this time of year can be one of celebration and reunion, whilst for others, it is a time of reflection and even sadness. We sincerely hope that you each take time out to do what makes you smile and brings you joy, 

As I write this I am reminding myself that I am going to find a swing this Christmas and indulge my inner child in some free play, including a walk barefoot on some lovely thick green grass, it is often the simple things in life we forget in the rush of adult obligation!!  Treat yourself!
