News from the Play Australia team...

We are loving the profile play is receiving this year and sending a shout out to all our members who have been advocating for play, particularly during the lead up to last month's FIRST International Day of Play!

Our media coverage has attracted over 2 million views and we have been blessed to be in contact with a number of key decision makers in government who are helping us elevate play.

This month we also welcomed Professor Phillip Jaffe from the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child. And not only was he generous with his time, meeting our members, but he also recorded new pieces to camera for our NEW online learning modules launching in time for Spring, and for our advocacy campaigns!

Over the coming months we will have more exciting news to deliver for play in Australia. It has been great to see more engagement in social media and we welcome the new members that have joined us in the past month to increase that energy and momentum.

Yours playfully,

Robyn, Joanne and Pete
