Looking at the Conference Streams

Our first stream - Urban Planning & Design

Our first conference stream is Urban Planning and Design, which delves into the integration of play within urban environments. This stream is structured around thought-provoking sessions designed to encourage critical discussion and reflection on the role of play in urban settings. Each day starts with a "Play Provocateur," an expert who will challenge conventional thinking and inspire innovative approaches to urban play.

A sneak peak at the stream sessions:

Dr. Sudeshna Chatterjee will explore "Can we really plan child-friendly cities without planning for play?"

Damien Puddle challenges "How many play opportunities did your city kill today?"
