There is one week left to apply for funding under Round 2 of the Pick My Park program – a $30 million initiative to support new and improved parks in metro Melbourne, and established suburbs of Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong.

They are inviting land managers and landholders, as well as other organisations with the landholder’s consent, to submit project applications for upgrades to existing parks and the development of new green spaces in eligible areas. Play Australia would be delighted to partner with any LGA's in this process.

Please refer to the program guidelines to view eligibility and application requirements. Project applications will be assessed for alignment with community feedback alongside the other assessment criteria outlined in the program guidelines. The top-ranked projects will go to public voting in mid-2026.
