Enabling Risky Play Outdoors

Play Australia has partnered with Jeavons Landscape Architects to offer free places to Victorian Pre-schools,  for a one-day seminar on strategies and insights for embracing risky play, to be held on Friday 29^th May 2026. 

Speakers include Mary Jeavons, Daniel Burton, Barbara Chancellor, David Kutcher, and Mike Hewson.  

The in-person Melbourne event is fully catered, and all attendees will have access to the seminar recordings to watch later with their teams.

As part of the Play Australia’s delivery of professional development to Victoria, we are offering free places only to Victorian Early Education and care Services. To ensure equity, we allow a maximum of 2 participants per service to register for this offer.
