Creating a greater Understanding of article 31

Dear Council members,The IPA Scotland Branch would like to share a new resource we have developed: 

Children's Right to Play - a booklet for a richer understanding of children's right to play.
 


We hope the booklet will become essential reading for students, play practitioners, policy makers and advocates for play in Scotland. It will help them to explore the right to play, de-mystify jargon, and take them into a richer understanding of article 31.Hard copies of the booklet will be distributed to IPA Scotland members, and through conferences, workshops and trainings.  We will also use it for high-level strategic advocacy and lobbyingThe booklet has been developed as an extension of our article 31 training project in 2014.  Both the training and the booklet development has been financed by external grant funders in Scotland.You can find a pdf at:
