Designing play spaces in Marion, SA

This event will be hosted by the City of Marion on Friday 27 February 2015

We will meet at the City of Marion, 245 Sturt Road, Sturt SA 5047.

Marion Council will provide coffee and tea.

We are visiting two playspaces during the event. If you are unable to drive to these sites, please advise when making your booking, as Council can provide transport to the sites.

All members of Play Australia and any individuals interested in becoming a member of Play Australia are invited to attend.

9.35-10.00  Greg Keep - SA Interim Committee Update and Planning of Events/Training for 2015.

10.00-10.15 - Coffee and tea

10.15 -  Travel to Playspace No. 1: Kenton Reserve, 5-27 Kenton Ave, Oaklands Park (parking in carpark).

10.30 - 11.15 - Kenton Reserve Playspace: Brett Grimm to talk through Playspace planning, design and lessons learnt.

11.15 - 11.30 Travel to Playspace No. 2: Suneden Special School - 21 McInerney Avenue, Mitchell Park (on street parking). Meet in front of main entrance.

11.30 - 12.15 - Suneden Special School - Warwick Keates (WAX Design) to talk through the award winning all abilities playspace design.

12.15 - 12.30 - Return to Council and feedback.
